Halifax Explosion Memorial

On a more somber note than most of my posts, there will be a memorial service held on December 6th for the victims of the 1917 Halifax Explosion. The service will be held below the bell tower in Needham Park, in the heart of the Richmond area which was completely devastated in the disaster. The service will run from approximately 8:50am to 9:20am. There will be a similar service held in Dartmouth at 11:00am in Pinehill Park. More information on both may be found here.
