World War II D-Day Commemorative Display

June 6th of this year marks the 70th anniversary of D-Day. In honour of this, the Halifax Citadel in association with the World War II Living History Association will be hosting a display from June 7th-8th. This display will commemorate the Citadel's role in the war, as well as Canada's contributions to the D-Day struggle. The displays will feature antique vehicles, uniforms, weapons and a firing demonstration of replica machine guns.
