Mi'kmaq Heritage Month 2013

This month marks the province's Mi'kmaq Heritage Month. Fittingly beginning on Treaty Day, the event began in 1993 to promote awareness of Mi'kmaq culture and heritage. This year marks the events 20th year running. Through out the month there will be events held around the province for this purpose.
